I mean, is it a burger if it’s not a beef patty?

I love em. Starting getting them from costco and mostly make them at home over beef.

They’re super easy to fuck up. This looks like it’s been cooked to sawdust.

I don’t know about “cool”, but people like them.

  5. is the salmon ground? if not, it’s a sandwich according to the description of this sub:

“A burger is a sandwich which consists of two buns and a ground patty of protein, most commonly beef.”

  6. I don’t know if it qualifies as a burger, but it looks damned good. I’ll take three, please.

Hell yeah! When I lived in Alaska salmon burgers were pretty standard at a cook out.

Dude, I’ll take a Filet-O-Fish after a long day at work. This looks gourmet and delicious. Enjoy your salmon burger, friend.

So long as you respect it for what it is, and don’t try to force it into a hamburger role, I think it’s fine.

The frozen salmon patties are great to have on hand for healthy midweek meal protein, mix it with some pasta or noodles etc. I wish I could eat cheeseburgers everyday but need to dial back on the red meat where I can.
